Loxone &  Zigbee, Z-Wave & Bluetooth Integration

From my previous review of Loxone, one of the few items on my want list was a Z-Wave or Zigbee integration. I have spent the past few days reviewing all options and the most promising is Jilia from Centralite. You can see their platform overview here. We have applied to be developers for the Jilia platform and will be working on an integration between the two companies that will allow our Loxone systems to integrate seamlessly with Z-Wave, Zigbee and Bluetooth. The Jilia unit also contains a Thread radio, but more research will have to be done on this to see if anything besides the Nest units use this protocol. Both Jilia and Loxone have a well documented API, so our hope is that the process will not be so cumbersome as to make it unfeasible. We will post updates on this as we go and will hopefully have something semi-operational in the coming months.

Hello, do you have any update about Loxone and a Zigbee integration? Thanks, Thierry

Simply Smart is our endeavor to "fix" home automation. It has to be simple to use. It has to be programmable by the homeowner. It has to be reliable for the next 30 years. It has to be beautiful.  It has to be affordable. It has to "wow" those who experience it..

When it is all of these, then we put our name on it.
